Coaching Services
How I can help:
During our coaching session, you and I work together to create a shift in your energetic system. This shift moves through the subtle energetic bodies and eventually is felt in the physical. My goal is to get to the root of what is causing blockages in your decision making. Intuition is having the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning, the ability to trust your inner GPS. With this expanded knowledge, I bring awarenesses to you, so that you can use this information to work through releasing energies that are stuck in the mind and body, causing disconnection from your higher self. In addition, I will provide tools to assist in the releasing and integrating process.
Harmonizing mind, body and spirit are tools that willl allow you to tap into your inner GPS of self authenticity.
